Haha very funny/scary game design. it was fun but morbid shooting people, and the intense music made it funnier. Unique idea for the theme for sure! The sprite are is really good and crisp. Keep it up~ Great job submitting a game to the jam! Please check out mine when you have time :)

Maybe you should add a sound effect or some text alerting you that the time is ending or let you "operate" on the last patient of the day, kinda like "Papers Please" or something.

Yes, I agree, it should have more feedback on the time. I thought about letting the player operate the last patient like papers please, but in the end we didn't put that in the game.
And yep, ther is the NSFW thing but cmon, it's only a few bones and red indetermined particles hahah. I hope team Brackeys think that too...

This game is great, it really reminds me of the old flash browser games i used to play to kill time years ago. Sort of has a Joe Cartoon vibe to it.

I should ask the artist haha, but I think Day of The Tentacle was the bigger inspiraton, at least for backgrounds.
Until I read this, I had no idea what Pizza Tower was. So no, no inspiration coming from there. Day Of The Tentacle did inspire the overall 'distorted' feel of the game, as did the Garbage Pail Kids, to some extent.
