Most cozy snake game ever!! This was amazing -loved the art! Really chill atmosphere and music -really liked the cutscenes too!! Fantastic work on this!! :D
Great entry! Cute art and unique slither mechanics! Gotta watch when you are moving in those tight spaces, can bounce around a lot hah. Great job!
The overall feel of the game was perfect for this jam! The artwork is so good and the little cutscene at the beginning sets up the game perfectly! I think the movement could be improved some, especially how interacting with the boundaries work. Its quite easy for me to glitch out Clove by going into areas with collisions at an angle.
I loved that you have chosen a snake in an animal world as a protagonist. The overall feel from a game is very warm and nice, though movement controls I think are a bit misleading, though I totally understand why you chosen it that way.

What a wonderful game concept. The movement control (forward relative to the snake) was jarring for about 1 second then felt great (snake.io). It was a nice feeling to have this snake move toward all these other animals...and be friends; like another 100-acre wood.
Did run into game-over (game break?) on first playthrough. Couldn't figure out how to recover....and, Slither on.
I like the way the snake bounces off objects. The way you gated movement into new areas was very clever.
Looks good, but I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing. Maybe a bit more of a tutorial would help.

I loved this game!!! It was so creative and polished, and has some awesome moments (like the target-board switches, or the race) so that it always felt creative and fresh. The art? Spectacular of course, and really really smooth. Easily one of my favorite of the jam so far, except for the... dreaded reworked bounce mechanic!
I kept getting soft locked and forced myself to stop but I'm BEGGING you to let me know whenever you fix it post-jam so I can finally play this bad boy the whole way through!

Great mechanics, the art is really cool too.
One of the best game of the jam I have played so far.
It's gorgeous and the music is wonderful. The movement is great except occasional collision wonkiness. I feel silly, but I haven't figured out how to enter the second and third mazes.
My guess was I was maybe supposed to eat smt. 'cause I was too short to press all the buttons at once.

You are correct about having to eat something - the new foods get unlocked after you "talk" to the table in the main area. Unfortunately, we ran out of time to add a proper quest tracker icon that would have helped players find out where to go. C'est la vie! ๐๐
Nice relaxing vibes from this game. However I'm not sure if it was a bug or the end of the demo, but after finishing the "race", I was locked in the time results and could not exit it, pressed all the keys too,

Figured out you had to click slither on to continue.
Found something else though, the race with the corn in it, at the bottom of the level, when you fail, you are placed inside the maze and when you exit it starts the race and you can't get back in. So when it put me back in after failing, I went to the end of the maze and was able to get out of the map and slither around the outside and explore, which I found interesting.
Cute game! Great art and music. I love the unique movement too but I couldnt figure out how to finish the item collecting minigame
