A really beautiful take on PbtA principles. I haven't played other dice-less PbtAs before but this definitely sells the concept hard. It's definitely a game about discovering a plot and narrative surrounding your character and the city, and it demands a mindfulness of players and GMs to the nature of the story it wants to tell and also to follow the stories of their peers. It's not my usual flavor but this game is bursting with love and care and I had a great time playing a lovestruck terror cyborg-spirit in it.
It's also such a weird spiritual shade of Cyberpunk which makes for a wildly unique setting that feels more true to the chaotic, pan-cultural musings of the literary originators of cyberpunk (compared against a lot of recent genre imitators).
Plunderlight plays with its inspirations and source material in some very cool ways. I imagine this is what Darkest Dungeons would be like if they weren't so dark.
