I look away for one second, and there's a riot on the toilets!! Haha awesome!
The toilet wars have started again
In the very begging I was like "well this sees 'controllable' it's gonna be easy"... 5 seconds later: "OMG KIDS STOP, PLEASE! I'M ONLY ONE!". Very fun game!
Haha thank you for sharing your experience with it :)
Wow this really is a great game. I really like the art style and I'm very impressed by the polish quality. There really is special visual style here. The music is very funny and kind of relaxing in a way. The game is fun to play, I enjoyed my time! Great job, keep creating games!
Thank you for your kind words :) Glad you like my music!
Great art, game feel was also great - I was a little confused as to what I was supposed to do
Thank you! We could really have done a better job at explaining the goal ^^
I was laughing my a$$ off! super entertaining. Great job :)
I would appreciate it if you'll have time to check out my game.
At some point I felt like I was in a battle royale haha!
Really fun game! You nailed it! :)
The battle for the toilets :P
Cool game as always! (Perhaps good to know: in the Safari browser it was/could be a bit laggy)
Thanks for letting us know. Perhaps the performance is not the best on Macs, yeah...
A game made by people who make game development tutorials, Now that is enjoyable😎
Very nice game, reminds me of tomorrow corporation games (aestheticaly wise). The feeling of not being under control was very clear on this one. Well done!
Stunning visuals as always! Your tutorials helped me get to where I'm currently at in game development! Loved the game, but I actually wanted to let the pyro kids play with the fire, lol
Haha found the pyromaniac
The game fits the theme perfectly and captures the essence of "out of control" in the most perfect manner imaginable. The one gripe I have with it is that you don't exactly know what you are supposed to do at the start. That could be fixed with a simple message saying "keep all the kids safe" or something.
Thank you for the feedback! We tried to kind of do that in the narrative beginning comic but maybe we should have been more direct about it.
Love the pyromaniacs :D
Some of the kids sure find the fire a little too intriguing lol
Well actually I didn't understand what I supposed to do.
Sorry, we could definitely have done a better job at tutorializing the game ^^ Thanks for the feedback
Remindes me of prison architect
Do you mean prison architect?
Hmm what does that say about our school system....
yeah, meant prison architect
Looks great but I wish the game play was more fulfuling, it does however fit the theme very well. When playing I was waiting for something more interesting to happen but I ended up aimlessly spamming the pick-up button and walking to whatever child had a speech bubble.
Yeah from a pure mechanics standpoint, it's not really that great, I agree. We tried making it fun through the experience and contextualization. Won't work for everyone of course :) Thank you for the feedback!
This game is more stressful than taking part in this game jam. :D
For us, this game WAS taking part in this game jam ;)
This game gives me so much anxiety... I love it
Haha sorry about that!
who doesn't like throwing childeren
Probably the children
throwing children simulator 2020
The throwing made the game soo much better when we added it :D
That's the third game I have the following problem with and I think it's THE problem people have when making a game in which you have no control: giving the player the feel to effect something.
Yep, definitely a tough challenge to get decent player agency with this theme. In the end, we decided that the feeling of control loss mattered more than strictly effective gameplay.
