This game was super super fun to play ! It reminded me the way to long period of online courses, but in a very fun way! All the jokes in the popups are hilarious, the post-its are very fun, and great pun with the minesweeper ahah !
The art is sooo so clean, and perfectly fits the game, same for the music, btw, it's awesome to vary your theme in those cool ways ! Using phone call beeeps is genius, cool that you brought the saxophone, and I was totaly seduced by the vocal part !!
Keep on the grreat work ! You definittely deserve your place in the top 100 <3_<3
Very cute game and amazing art! Keep it up!
You may also look at our game too, if you have a time :)
Well done! I think this is really amazing game. Thank you for creating it!
I really enjoyed this game well done. The mood was perfect and the ever stacking popups were just a nightmare. I did find that sometimes I clicked to respond to a message and ended up dragging it by mistake, or a popup wouldn't rise to the top which was frustrating but it was really good fun. Well done
Yea, that was my fault HAHA. Sorry about that, Game Maker was not the best software to deal with draggable UI, unfortunately, I could not fix all of these problems on time, we had to prioritize the overall polish. That being said, I'll try to add a few fixes next month to not leave those bugs forever in the build. Anyway, thanks a lot for the comment Walrusware, we are glad that you've enjoyed it!
fun game. got stressed out with all the meetings, email and pop ups, almost a horror game :D
great art and sound.
This game reminded me a lot of something that you would see in WarioWare. The music and visuals were great, and the way the tasks started to build up at the end was when the game went from being "just" interesting to actually pretty fun. I'd say I wish there was more of it, but it's pretty clear that the amount of work you all managed to do in 48 hours is already pretty incredible. Good job!
WarioWare was for sure a big inspiration for us (with a little bit of "Papers, Please!" too). We also want to see a little bit more of the mechanic, but because of the Jam, we didn't had much time to add more mechanics after polishing the overall flow. I'll try to add one or two different tasks before closing the project, probably at some point next month. Anyway, thanks a lot for the kind comment, it means a lot to us IsAnElegy <3
This is definitely one of my favorites in the jam.
So much charm! I had a meeting with a dog! Chill music, good SFX, amazing art.
The only nit pick I can think off is that at one point I had 2 meeting with the same person. Not that important, but should be an easy fix.
Very well done!
The graphics are super cute, I love the weird voices all the characters make. Cool concept too!
This dev team woke up and chose VIOLENCE wow this is a 5/5 star game and yes it struck a nerve / triggered my stress response <3 Maybe release a full version of it someday?
I'm not super sure what you mean by choosing VIOLENCE but I agree anyway, we do choose VIOLENCE. We are glad that you liked it! To be completely honest, I see a cool possibility for a full game out of this, at least a small-little-full-game, but I cannot promise it for the near future. But maybe someday! Thanks a lot for the comment Jayjay!
