Quite complex idea, with beautiful art. The game mechanics were super easy to pick up but they still offer a great depth to the game. Reminds many people of their childhood with arcade machines. Overall great job!
Having control over the game rules to be able to beat the game is a fantastic idea!
Although I like the control panel scene as it feels like a mini-game itself, I definitely wonder how would it feel to be able to control them in the middle of the level without leaving the game scene. Might transform the concept into a fast-paced action/puzzler with new level varieities.
Great concept, loved the modding animation and how it was implemented. The loop of trying something, going back and tweaking was fun, really good job!
The mod panel is the amazing thing of your game, so well made!
A very cool concept! Liked the visual style & the imitation of a game machine. The interpretation of the theme is debatable but that’s subjective. Would love to see more intricate levels, right now most of them can be beaten by assigning move left + drop for the left arrow, move right + crouch for the right arrow, and everything else on the X button. Anyways, enjoyed the game, good job!
I didn't have time to finish the game, thanks to you I can now enjoy this really funny endscreen ^^
Interesting ideas
Nice game! love the presentation! Really cool how you have to mod the game to complete the level. Cool idea
Was blown away when the control panel popped up! Giving the player the ability to hack the game is a fantastic idea!
amazing!
amazing!
What a clever idea! I loved the arcade cabinet aesthetic, and I liked how a lot of the levels forced you to make inconvenient choices.
Great concept. The game looks awesome. I can even say that this game gives you a bit of second person gaming experience.
so we are not only playing the character but also the modder? Are we now the player player? xD
The idea is great and the execution's been nailed. It has even fitted into the previous jam theme, multi-purpose design.
I loved the fact that the game was played within an arcade cabinet, and the mechanic of mapping actions to different buttons was great. I think it would be neat to add a button press counter so players could try to get a good configuration to beat each level with the fewest button presses.
that's a really cool idea, thanks for playing!
The way you incorporated the theme in this one is really clever. The skeuomorphic interface was really cool and the pixel art looked great. The puzzles were pretty dang cool too!
This game is radical! Nice job!
Crazy artstyle! It looks so polished! I also like the concept of the game! :) Really amazing!
Love the presentation. This would be a super fun full game. Is it weird I want to play in VR?
Loved the presentation, love the idea, love the execution. Would love to see this expanded upon in the future. If I had one critique, I would say I think the player character maybe feels a bit too heavy at times.
I love everything about this! The concept is genius and its execution is exquisite. Marvelous graphics, music, and sound effects, too.
