Excellent presentation!

Thank you!

The puzzles were nice and I liked the little cute ending. I think I missed out that the buttons were toggle in the stage that teaches it by doing the puzzle correctly the first time. It made me think the buttons were one time use and would be wasted if the pillar was frozen; which threw me off on the last level.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it! :)
Yeah, I totally agree with the assessment here, I think the number one flaw in the final puzzle is that I didn't properly convey the toggle nature of the purple buttons versus the one-time-use nature of the orange buttons as well as I had hoped to.
I'm glad you liked the ending!

Game was certainly pretty and I liked the puzzle design. Last level had me struggling at first, but I got there in the end!

I enjoyed a lot, nice game with well thought puzzles and a cool mechanic. The only feedback I have is that you could somehow show which buttons affects wich pillars. Good Job ^^

Developer(+1)

That's a great suggestion, having some sort of glow on the buttons that matches a glow on the pillars, or something along those lines would really go a long way towards making the puzzles feel complete.
Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it! :)

The music was lovely, and I enjoyed the visuals a lot. The concept itself is something I havent's seen so far. Original, simple and chill. Kudos to you!

Oh my god, this game is incredible! The art, the music, the levels, I loved every second of it. My only complaint is that there isn't more. So much charm! Amazing work!

Developer

Wow, thank you so much for the kind words! I appreciate it! :)

Great job making a game jam game that like has a good, cute story! I'd also like to give a shout out to that music!

Very polished. The pixel art is cute and you got me with Level 3 and 4. But all levels were great and it even has a tiny storyline you can finish. Music is great too, i love it!

Really cute game, I loved the ending! I thought it's going to be sad, but it made me happy when the guy calls his lil fiery friend back inside. I think I got a glitch in the last level because I only needed to use the one block on the far left (I think it had to do with  me pressing the button and unfreezing the pillar at the same time)

Developer

Wow, that's so funny! The intended solution on the last level actually is to unfreeze the block while on the button (by blocking your path) - but I just went and checked and if you time it perfectly then you can actually do it without needing to block your own path - just barely! Technically the same solution, just much faster! You basically discovered a speedrun strat, haha!

Thanks for playing, and thanks for your feedback! I really appreciate it! :)

Great puzzle game. The last one caught me up for a bit. Had a nice progressive difficulty. Plus art and music were real nice.

Developer

Thank you! :)

This one is really cute and I had a lot of fun completing it. In general I liked the progression ramp - some of the later puzzles got a little tricky to see what was happening but I did manage to figure out the mechanics with a number of retries, so I think if you had some time to polish it up after the jam it would be a really charming game.

Developer

Thank you so much for the feedback! I'm really glad you had fun playing it!

Yeah, I was trying to go for a really smooth ramp where I only introduced one new element per stage, where each new stage had some core "contradiction" that you had to solve to figure out the puzzle, but I think on the last two stages, they aren't clear enough to figure out the idea behind it and have your "Aha!" moment, I think with some more intermediary levels that really familiarize the player with the core concepts, those puzzles would feel better.
