Wow! First of all, love the cover image art. The game itself is presented great, plays without any issue and plays on a creative idea. The puzzle and level design is good and feels fair and rewarding, with a quick "reset" button being an important feature. My singular issue in the level design was the flashing "R" button that I reacted to by immediately restarting the tutorial (my own fault). Awesome submission!
Lol, it was unforeseen that people would just impulsively press the reset button upon seeing it in the tutorial. Everyone I've seen play the game has done it. Probably something I should fix, but at the same time it's really funny.
It really just helps to prepare them for what's coming.
10/10 for the visuals and SFX
it was very satisfying to complete levels which took me some time,
but I feel like the difficulty curve could have been better, 9/10 overall
feel free to check my game as well
Thanks so much for playing and OF COURSE I will play your game.
Your art style has so much personality, I love how chunky everything is. Its very visually appealing! The concept is also funny, I cant say ive seen such a thing done before, so that gets it points from me. Maybe its a little too simplistic? But otherwise, very solid.
The presentation is quite solid, the art style is visually pleasing to look at. I probably struggled a bit more than I should have on the tutorial level, I died several times. I was very close to asking how to get past certain parts of it but I figured it out. I think the levels in general progress in difficulty and scale a bit too fast for the average player. So, some levels were a bit overwhelming for me. For example the levels that started introducing the moving underwater spikes killed me quite a lot.
I do like the concept behind the levels though, reversing the ground and body into water and the ability to swim can have some interesting use cases. Good work overall! I hope to see more from you all :)
I definitely agree that the levels became too hard too quickly, especially with the controls not being that intuitive. Thanks for your feedback!
