There's some good bones here. I loved the aesthetic you were going for, I wish there was more here. I'm glad you were able to at least submit something. Hope you learned enough from this jam to do even better the next. 

I'm sorry you didn't finish your game! But I can imagine what it might be like in a more completed state; I think you could really turn the lane/grid based movement into a fun mechanic, maybe where you could set traps for the hero or have to time some attacks correctly. But good effort nonetheless!
