Game Description
Freelancing is a Narrative Adventure game where you take up the role of a new Squire, aiming for Knighthood! Dress the Knight in various unique outfits, whilst measuring the impact each item has on your core stats: Magic, Strength, Temperature and Weight. Each quest will have different requirements as prescribed in your briefing, so listen closely and balance your gear accordingly. On return you'll be rewarded (or scolded) for the Knights level of success, and each successful quest will put you one step closer to paying for Knight School!
How does your game tie into the theme?
Help the Squire assemble the Knights armour by dragging and dropping various equipment for them to use out on their adventures.

Really great work for an extremely tight timeline. Graphic work is obviously top notch. Did feel like there was maybe too much narrative before getting to the actual gameplay, but to be fair I don't play a lot of visual novels.

Fantastic demo from a 2 person team! Every part of this game exudes polish from the illustrations and animation to the simplicity and elegance of design. My only wish is that it was easier to play dress up with the man. He looked very silly, and I loved that.

lovely art and audio. the highlight for me were the items, had a lot of fun just reading through them. though i didnt quite understand how they affected the outcome. but in any case wow great job!!
