The controls took me a bit to get used to. Once I started pressing multiple directions at the same time instead of individually, I had a much easier time of it. I love the sounds you chose for your game, especially the "losing" music. Very "womp womp" but without sounding depressing. I really enjoyed seeing your updates in discord and I'm glad I had a chance to try your game for myself!

Short, but pretty fun. The gameplay is pretty polished, and the sfx fits very well. I kind of wish erasing also had some gameplay purpose, e.g. erasing something "bad" while racing. Oh also it might be a good idea to start the timer only when you press something. Pretty nice though, the bounce mechanic is pretty fun too.
Awesome game. It might be short, but it makes up for it with the amount of polish. Everything feels really fluid and clean.
Really well done. The core mechanic(s) are really satisfying, the level design/balance is on point. I found myself wanting more at the end!
Really cool. Had me wanting to play some more, so much so that I didn’t realize it was only 7 levels, so I got to the end and was like “where’s the next one!”.
So fun - so frustrating! Like most have said, more levels! maybe throw in some power-ups here and there if you continue development. Overall a solid entry that ticks all the boxes - Caught myself hitting (r)etry again and again, so job well done!
It's kinda like world's hardest game but with a farting eraser-really fun! There's a lot of potential behind this concept (echoing the other comments in wanting more levels haha), and I think it is well put together game. Music definitely evokes a "bored at the office" vibe which is pretty fitting.
Very clean! Some of the levels were tricky but completed eventually :D
Loved it!
Love the art style and the erasing of the background as you move. I liked the movement and controls in a way. They are clunky and fun and take time to master adding to the characteristic of the game. Almost having a perfect then then hitting a wall and bouncing around sounds and feels good (even though you lose the level). This seems like it could be one of those games that is challenging and rewarding to master.
Great job and use of the theme and pun!
It's a shame this game only has a few levels :/
The art is really clean and smooth, I love it! It also runs in an extremely high frame rate, even in the web build, probably the smoothest game I've played in this jam when it comes to FPS.
I also like how you can erase the floor while moving - it is so satisfactory - so is beating the level without colliding, even tho the bounce is so cool!
The only thing I have to complain is about how short this game is... It ended once I got the hand of it :(
Ended too soon. Needs more levels :)
Kind of wished I could see my best times after finishing all the levels. Would be cool to share and compare.
On the Windows version the Settings button doesn't do anything. Assume you ran out of time, which if that was the case, you should have just hidden the button.
Sad that the game has only 7 level.
I thinks some camera smoothing would be nice because when bumping on wall it move a little to abrupt for me
Super cute and fun! I love the tiny concept!
I wonder if the comment on controls was... at first I wasn't sure if W moved forward relative to the direction the car ... ahem ERASER was pointing, or always up. I think on the keyboard it's a bit harder to rotate around than it would be on a joystick?
Great entry!
It's such a nice encapsolated little project. A few more levels would be really fun.
Did you have any inspiration from other racers? Funny, a month ago or so I woke up and thought "Huh ... what ever happened to Super Off Road and Rock n' Roll racing?” After an unforgiving all-day rabbit hole I had downloaded and played about 20 modern/indie takes. 😂
Oh yeah, I was definitely thinking of adding a ton more levels, I just ran out of time, I was really busy this week. Also, I was actually inspired by this game https://edgarmendoza.itch.io/help-no-brake. And one more thing, did you submit a game to this game jam, it doesn’t show you did??
Oh yeah, I meant if you ever revisit the game! I didn't submit one for this jam. Worked on something this week, but life got in the way. ☺️ But I'm enjoying seeing what other folks made.
HELP! NO BRAKE is really clever! (Reminds me of https://kultisti.itch.io/frogfall)
Although I prefer being an Eraser.
