Medical Eraser is a very short (200 seconds) shoot em up about the short life of a t cell which has to erase every single virus in the body.
How does your game tie into the theme?
You are a t cell whose only purpose it is to erase every single purpose in the body. If you do not fully erase the viruses, you lose.
