At first, I thought I had to press both clicks quickly at the same time to fish, I didn't understand why I couldn't. Then I understood that it was about balancing between left and right click. I liked it. Maybe a different map or some danger would be more fun, but it's a good combination of 2D and 3D.
It feels quite difficult to catch the fish if the hook spawns too far from the area, which results in the cutoffs being a bit sudden. Perhaps having the juice filled 1/2nd or 1/4th at the start could fix that. I did enjoy the gameplay and the few graphics that there were however.
Id software never realized what they would have inspired. Really funny idea! A bit of music and more environmental details would have taken this to the next level. Good submission nonetheless!
Super cute. Mini game got a little old after so many fish but the art and feel art awesome!
This is cool! Love this twist on a fishing game. The idea of using a harpoon gun to reel in enemies could be an even bigger concept than just this game jam I think!

Really love the style, brings back memories of old gaming days! The mini-game for catching the… “fish” (??!?) was original, too.
The harpoon mechanic is really awesome, and shooting it was extremely satisfying, some audio would be nice though! Like others, I also was a little confused on how to catch fishes, I think UI text would help a lot! Great Job overall!
Fun game! I liked the art style . It also took me a second to figure out how to catch, maybe a tutorial would be useful. The camera also seemed to automatically slowly turn to the right.
