Cool game! I didn't see any decoy items that look similar to the hazards, which would have made the game a bit more complex and made it so that I would have enjoyed it more, but the look and vibe are very well done.
Love this game!
This was awesome, I'm super curious about how you did the x-ray machine! Both very chill, but also gets intense when you look at 1600 on the clock and have 2 suitcases left. I was able to perfect both levels on the first try, but it was super close at the end. The art and controls were easy and intuitive. Awesome game, I'd happily play more levels.
Thank you I'm glad you enjoyed! Each item has a normal sprite and also an x-ray sprite, which is the same sprite but with a simple shader applied. The x-ray machine has an Area2D that enables the x-ray sprite and hides the regular sprite when an item enters. There's also a shader on the x-ray which zooms the screen below it :)
Very good game concept, everything is working well together and the art and music is great. One of the best games so far good job!
I really like this concept! The art and overall setup are adorable, and the controls were super straightforward; everything flowed great!
Really nice implementation with the items being able to be taken out of the scanner to be checked and then packed back up! Enjoyed the aesthetics of the game!
Interesting concept. Reminds me of papers please but with a new angle. I’m intrigued by the hectic chaos management of scanning and picking out the dangerous items. Good job on the execution!
Thank you! I was inspired by papers please :)
