Cool aesthetic! I would have liked if it were a little bit brighter. Controls were crisp. Good work!

Developer

Ill keep the brightness in mind for next time, thank you

Submitted

me not reading the controls from the page… see a red cube… straight into it. hah!

controls feel great, could have maybe a slightly less dark (easier) mode as an option maybe

music on point!

Developer

Haha love the fact that you see red and charged into it. Next time ill have a slightly easier lighter mode, or even make the glow effect a bigger area

I really liked it. The only thing I had an issue with was the last checkpoint being such a long way from the end that if you try to rush back there you just die again. At least that happened to me, but yet again I am not that great at games like these sooo...

Developer

Thank you so much and that was actually done on purpose, because of the speed running aspect and mistakes having a bit of a harsher consequence.

Ah I see. That makes sense. I guess if I was trying to go for the best time it wouldn't matter. Still was fun though!

Very neat aesthetic, only thing id recommend is an options menu, i told someone else this, i dont wanna sound like a broken record, but it def helps with quality of life

Developer(+1)

Thank you and unfortunately had an emergency pop up so couldn't spend the full time on it for stuff like a menu or options

Hey , totally understandable, cant expect much in 4 days, great job nonetheless

So good! I really loved the aesthetics of this game. The bright glows of the objects not only looked really pleasing but gave a really good amount of visual telegraph that either a checkpoint/hazard is coming up off screen!

Very well done, this fit the theme perfectly! image.png

Solid mechanic that is very well presented. I enjoyed my play through reaching the three breakable gates in 82 seconds however once I passed the gates I hit the red area and just respawned back to the lower checkpoint with the timer still going. This feels like the end but leaves me feeling like its not. Not quite sure if it is?

I opened it up on my ipad after reading that it was mobile playable however was getting really choppy framerates.

I can certainly see this being really fun on mobile devices. Definitely has lots of potential.

Developer

The End is past the red area however it is really tricky to get through as a sort of final area. The end is a watery sort of area that will say you have ascended.

Game is really nice, love the vibe of the esthetics and music!
I like how smooth the controls feels! Gets super hard the further you come :D
Great job!

Developer

Thank you so much and i wanted it to gradually get harder, hope i did that well :)

A so simple game, but still so well made! it is incredible how a simple good idea can be better then  an harder one to realize!

Developer(+1)

Thank you do much, and id rather do a simple idea well, than a more complicated one and not fully finish it :)

Developer(+1)

Any chance you can rate it :)

For sure I will! I will do more, I will also follow you!
