Quite a fun little game. The simplicity of the mechanics looks like it gave you a bit of extra time to add some polish.

i like the double jump mechanic where he turns into a bat! i think you should add some jumps where he can use his normal jump though. i found myself only using the double jump
I really like the game. The art is really clean and consistent. The music is also great, but the play theme feels a tiny bit off, at least at the start. The gameplay is really enjoyable. It feels absolutely amazing to double jump and turn into a bat. A bit more variation in the level design could be nice. Also a tiny nitpick: The game is controlled using a keyboard, but you have to use the mouse to click the buttons. Maybe make it so that pressing space starts the game.

Hi Agent_Jo. I did the music and you may be right saying the Press Start theme is a little bit off. I wanted the music to be a dramatic theme, telling a story, a drama for the main character, and maybe this is too much thinking for a platformer.
This is a very cool game. The artstyle and the music are so good and I love the idea that you can turn in a bad and jump higher.
It looks like an mobile game, but I tried and it has no mobile controls. Maybe you can add this in a future update after the voting
The core and graphics are good, but the level is based around doing the same thing on repeat with little variation. I guess my game suffers from this too...
