A modern life of Red Riding Hood? or is it Into The Woods?
Great story! Hopefully there's more to it.
This game is epic.

There are many things to appreciate in The Heart of Tales, the 8-bit-like interface, the comical style the characters are illustrated, almost carton-ish, the good story.
Good Lord, the story.
It was all the preciously mentioned factors which led me to believe that this was nothing than a 30 min. game with comic relief. Though the former was true, I could not say the same for the latter. The story is heavy, I was reading through the scripts and wow. Just WOW! This was not my regular knight heroine tale, it explained things that DC and Marvel superheroes can't even speak of. The story, the romance, the morals. Mithamoore was simply a dear, their love story was my favorite. Not to mention the story Mithamoore told, I can't help but feel that I would have loved this game more if the girl was the Knight and the Dragon was him. Cole was also a lovable idiot, there was something endearing in the way he wished to be a knight, under the Heroine's wing nonetheless. It made me wonder what pushed him to do so. And Sareth, The moment the Heroine would kill herself with Sareth was the cherry to top it all off.
I have so much-endless words-to pour about this game, but let me end it by saying this game is epic. It was nothing as I had expected and thus exceeding my standards.
