Very good art style, and good music as well, I killed every zombie and they stopped respawning, so that was an end game, but it was very good, good work Jón Kristinsson and Torbjørn G. Dahle!
Awesome game, cool randomized story for multiple playthroughs and a fun little challenge! THANKS!
Amazing! Good gameplay, good music, great art style!
This is a weird little game. The art is really cute, and it's got nice atmosphere and does at first feel like a finished little experience.
However, the game ends up being mostly walking around for far too long to make a couple of weird and charming but mostly frustrating choices. I wish there was some way to uncorrupt your heart, or at least a more impactful sense of inevitability, if the goal is just to show that the world corrupts absolutely. It'd be nice to see the bear's visible heart changing, or the music change, or something. Even just a bit at the ending about how awful you are and how awful the world is.
Overall, I actually wish it was a bit shorter (less walking around in-between decisions or just fewer days) or that the walking parts had a bit more variety so I didn't get so bored replaying it multiple times trying to see different choices/characters and seeing if I can make it all the way through without having zero heart left. Which I wanted to do, but ultimately didn't care enough about to overcome the boredom of so much walking.
