It looks like your tax information is currently being validated. Additionally, I see that multiple attempts to pay you have failed due to regulatory reasons by PayPal. Please make sure that your PayPal account is able to receive payments before you request a payout. If we are unable to send the payment then the payment will be cancelled and you will be notified via support email.
