question... I know you can train ur stats to 20 but can you have stats over 20 with equipment and skills? if so should I wait til a stat is at 20 before getting a skill or equipment that would add to it?
You can. 20 is just max for base stats.
So like... Should I get the skills that add to the stats after I get to 20 or does it matter?
The skills don't affect your base stats, they add a bonus to the final stat. It doesn't matter when you get it.
