help mate, its saying im banned cause of whatever happen yesterday!

Yo, this is slightly paraphrased from my sibling's message, but there's been a bit of confusion about this, but all mod symbols and perms have recently been removed in the newest update. I really really wish we could do smth, but we can't really do anything at the moment.
