While I have no particular interest in Gore, the CG, story and efforts in making this game are appreciated, please keep going. Also, May I give a suggestion?
What about urethral parasites? You could make some scenes where the MC and/or the NPC/Enemies are infested by worms throught the urethra. It could be an status effect or item that the MC could use. There would be 2 types of worm (for 2 types of scenes):
A) The (any colour) worm infest the MC/NPC in a pleasurable way entering the pee hole and moving through te urethra, reach the testicles, feast of the cum and multiply making the balls big (all this proccess is erotic and enjoyable), giving the option to the MC to infest enemies and could be cured later by using an item, making the MC ejaculate all the worms and there is no damage.
B) The black worm (as an item/scene or monster) infest in the same way as the first worm, but instead consume the whole balls and make the victim ejaculate them (in not a painless way), causing death to the NPC and/or a game over for the MC.
If you like my suggestion and it appear later in the game, I hope you could give the option to see any of the scenes (non-Gore and Gore), so anyone could choose what they like.
