Well...you could just crank up your character's "sensitivity" to max in each category and take more than 1 fetish at the start of the game. I'm sure the difficulty of some fights will skyrocket for you.
That is a good idea. I will start a 200% sensitivity max fetish run. I will get back afterwards to share my findings.
