Unfortunately, uploads are disabled during voting period (or so it says in the dashboard)
I am also on Linux - developed game completely on there, and it runs really well via wine too
there is a 24h window for critical bugfixes or missing submissions. I know because I have been there before. you must open a ticket via discord
