Interesting idea. I think I was close to the end when I got softlocked. But it was nice to explore to find hidden ways to get out.

After the "Yippee ", I jumped to the right of the hole and couldn't get out of there.
Oh, that's just the end of the game. I guess I should've made that more obvious. The left button restarts and the right button either quits the game or opens the game page depending on platform
