What headset did you record your trailer video on?

My Quest 3 gave up by level 2. The frame rate made it unplayable.

Starting the game was difficult too. I couldn't work out how to select anything.

Then when I quit the game, my headset crashed.

And yes I tried it more than once.

Check out what I see:

Hey Dobsy! Thanks for the feedback! I checked out your video and I’ve been working on the fixes— I’m gonna have a build of the game with all the changes made to the latest build up later tonight around midnight! If you can, tomorrow check out the latest version of the game once it’s released.

Hi,

I tried the new version on my Quest 3 but it still has the same 'frame rate' issue as before.

It is also very difficult to start the game.

Hey sorry but based on your video that's the older version still -- sorry about that -- if you look at the trailer on the itch page now it has the latest version of the game. I can tell by the Green menu as that's no longer in the game. try to down load one more time and that should fix things.

Hi, you are right - it looks like I played the old version again. I have now played the new version (with a different looking menu) and it does play better. Maybe due to having less chickens on screen at any one time?

I did have a wander round the farm and it is great looking and well thought out. I liked how the chickens would follow you (specially the big ones).

There were a few places where I found an 'invisible wall' and the bullets would bounce back rather than towards the chickens.

Is there only one level? I could only select the first one.

And I didn't seem to take any damage when hit by the eggs?

I’m glad you were able to play the updated version! All of your observations are correct! I disabled the player dmg system for the time being, I’m still fixing the collision system for the player — I should have that finished sometime this week! The invisible walls you are seeing are on purpose! Those are meant to restrict the player from getting outside the playable area! However since I’m still fixing the collision system for the player, it’s disabled just like the dmg system. Only one level was completed for the tech demo, however the next levels were in the works the whole time and I plan to have all 6 of them playable within the next 2 weeks! Or at the very least 3-4 playable if I run into any major issues. Thanks for playing though and giving feedback! If you want to there is a link in the description on itch.io and you can fill out the form to give feedback and sign up for the mailing list! A steam page for the game will be coming soon as well! Stay tuned for that!
