This game was created entirely with Gdevelop 5. It is an isometric adventure that is very reminiscent of the first Fallout. Be understanding because it is my first experience in the field of game creation, and I have no graphic skills (and maybe you will tell me that I am right :) ), and honestly I created it to test my skills and not to create a perfect game, however I managed to develop a product that was at least complete.
PLOT
Urbex Survivor is an idea that comes from a real-life URBEX-themed experience, i.e. the explorations of abandoned places. The game will lead Victor, the protagonist, inside a gigantic now abandoned (and actually existing) military base, used during the Cold War period. Victor will search for his three missing friends, but he will soon realize that the place presents numerous dangers and challenges, such as toxic substances, organisms that have grown in size due to radiation, and a dangerous gas that wanders randomly throughout the base
The game presents itself as a sort of open world, and the protagonist, initially armed only with a knife and his gas mask, will have to explore the base entirely, solving various puzzles that will allow him to access certain areas that are not immediately accessible. The adventure pushes the player to explore every game environment, but obviously there will be firefights, with other weapons found during the adventure.
He will also have to interact with the game environments to restore energy within the base, collect items and manage the limited inventory. Furthermore, Victor will have to take photographs at particular points of interest, and in fact the game contains numerous photographs taken during the actual exploration experience.
Finally, in the game there are several notes and documents that Victor will have to examine to reveal the secret of the base and the complete game plot.
ATTENTION!
It certainly contains imperfections and bugs, which however at the moment do not seem to affect the complete gaming experience. During the game it is possible to save almost at any time, so in case of anomalous behavior, load the last saved position.
