Day 24: Mix-and-Match Dragonborn. A system for generating random variation among dragonborn characters. Not exactly going out with a bang but I wanted to make one more thing. Will try to figure out how itch.io works so I can actually submit something. <3

Day 23: Pyre Rock. Wizard prison filled with wacky characters. Kind of half-baked but I like the concept enough that this post will probably get a bunch of edits later. My last post for the jam. I think I got more than half?
Love to everyone who participated and congratulations on beating me out on consistency no matter who you are lol <3
Day 20: Coin of Destiny. Trying to make D&D 5e more interesting by introducing the most poorly-thought-out meta-currency you've ever seen. It works at my home table where we are screwing around. Try at home at your own risk.
Day 19: Master Thieves. 3 enigmatic thief NPCs to get hired by the party - or rob them. Sort of in the vein of my Prismatic Knights post.
Yeah, I missed a bunch of days due to life events. It's fine, it's about the journey not the destination. This is still the most consistent I've been with a writing challenge in a long time lol
Day 13: Fearsome Critters. Weirdo North American folklore monsters that provide bizarre challenges for people trying to hunt them.
(also thank you guys for all the nice responses to these posts, it feels good to get some attention on my random ideas even if the attention in question is like 20 page views lol)
Day 12: MtG Color as Alignment. Rough draft for a take on Magic: the Gathering's color alignment system with mechanical effects on the players.
Day 10: Languages. A rework of the 5e language system that's relatively setting-neutral (i.e. it works for vague medieval fantasy). Missed a few days but I should be back.
Day 7: Stealing from Dread. I had a busy day. Make your party play Jenga.
Day 6: Cold Iron. My implementation of the European "cold iron" mythology as an Unobtainium-style fantasy metal.
Day 5: Sorcerer Subclass Spells. I let it get late today so this is a simple hotfix I use for pre-Tasha's 5e sorcerers.
Day 4: Atomic Priesthood. A rough concept for an encounter you can drop into the bottom of a megadungeon, based on the idea that D&D is inherently post-apocalyptic and the "This place is not a place of honor" message.
Day 3: Shatterspike. A magic weapon that my players just got their hands on so I needed to write it up. Based on Shatterspike from the Sunless Citadel except featuring my hatred of doing nothing on a miss.
Day 2: Cloak of Iron Shadows. A magic item for cool edgy ninja people that comes with a novel attunement process (and a half-baked idea for a bad guy faction who wields them).
Day 1: Prismatic Knights. 5 weird magic knights you can meet on the road. Substantially higher effort than most of my posts will probably be.
Never blogged before but I wanted to try this out. Here's the blog. Just posted the first post about a bunch of weird magic knights you can encounter. This one's higher effort than most of them will be but I want to try to do all 24 days. <3
