Thank you for the encouragement, but I don't think I will. I don't want to start something I know I won't have the time to finnish, although maybe if the right kind of inspiration came to me I would give it a shot.

As far as payment is concerned, I actually do support multiple writers!

Though, choosing what project to support is tough. Unfortunately I only have so much to give, so making sure I get my moneys worth while supporting a writer/s whose project I am passionate about is pretty important to me.

There are few who do it really well, releasing monthly chapters as write ups instead of scripted in game for example is a great one. It allows the authors to focus on writing and edits tend to be easier as well.

Then once the project is finished they script it all at once and sell the finished product on steam or choice of games.

If you aren't doing this I recommend thinking about it, who knows you might find it interesting.(no shade just an idea ☺️)

Hmm,to be honest I get why your respond like this, but that doesn't make it any less disheartening.

Your stories, just like the dozens upon dozens on itch.io alone are a passion project first and foremost, and you sharing them in the first place is not only something every reader is grateful for, but something I really respect. It takes a great bit of courage and no one can ever deny that.

HOWEVER 

As a reader it is frustrating to see the story progress backwards even if what little remains is an improvement across the board. And while I sympathise with your struggles, I am not going to lie to your face and pretend like I care, not due to any malice, but simply because at the end of the day, I don't know you 🫤

Address the "shade" if you will, but I mean when I said that I am genuinely excited for the changes and can't wait to see where you take your story. The setting is exciting and I hope to one day see the final product.

There are some minor flaws in the text like being refered to as a son of the family even if you are a girl, wrong pronouns being used for both the MC as well as some of the characters, sometimes even within the same sentence or just some generic spelling mistakes, but despite this the story and with it the game looks to be promising.
I am curious whether or not some features like character profiles, and text rollback to circumvent save spamming would be introduced later down the line, as they are a staple of text based IFs. At any rate can't wait to see where this goes, keep up the great work!
