I have to agree with some of the guy's who isn't into NTR, it's my worst kink and if i could have the power to do anything i'd blow the guy who invented NTR is head off, but I digress instead of just doing NTR and doing an optional side without it, why not doing both so the story doesn't change much but in all I do like the game since I'm a huge fan of Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney 

NTR isn't cheating per say, it's more like forcing into the opposite sex to not give any control of the situation until they can't do anything but agreed to obey the person forcing in so, i agree totally that it wouldn't be fair to place ourselves in this situation or to be in the skin of the person who is doing the action.

It is interesting to see Maya having sex with Phoenix but i think it goes deeper then having sex, since Maya can chanel Mia's soul in her body it can show a different perspective on why Phoenix want to protect Maya since he couldn't do it for Mia

It is said that ntr is the same as cheating but it's not, ntr is forcing the person to have sex with the intent to do more every day and even blackmailing that said person until he or she can't think of having any other interactions but with the person forcing it to.
