Hello Emily! Thank you for pointing this out. I did a double check and I believe there is no issue : under the NoDerivatives license you may use the asset as long as you do not transform the material itself (eg. you may not change her hair color, clothes, etc). It is fine to use the asset to make video games as long as you use it as it is :)
