The game is cool, keep at it, it's more interesting than most generic boring games. As for the lockups. Nothing in particular, I'll be playing for a while and you just get to any ordinary screen and it will freeze up without any warning. The longer the game is running the more likely it will freeze up at some point. Sometimes it seems to happen like if I am playing the game but if I click off to do something else on the computer then come back to it.

For Pregnancy, to minimize the impact to the game, I would allow for it to happen that you could get impregnated but it wouldn't show till the end of the game, could be part of an ending where you accept being female rather than changing back. In the game if you have sex unprotected, if you allow them to cum in you then you can get pregnant, otherwise have an option to pull out and cum on you instead.
On the PC version I still get a lot of freeze ups where everything becomes unresponsive, it just locks up and I have to restart the game, this forces me to have to save constantly all the time otherwise I'll lose progress.
Also will there be any be any vaginal sex if you are fully a female? Any pregnancy options? I am not quite at the end of the game yet but there doesn't appear to be anything like that. Also other than the glory hole there should be other options for prostituting yourself, like on the street late at night.
For endings of the game there should at least be one option where you change back, and another where you accept and stay being a female.
