He says he needs 1 watcher tail and 3 drops of semen and I have collected those items but he still says I haven't gathered them. Am I missing something?

here is quick instruction : Follow the trail to a centaur who needs 3 points of life (3 sperm drops from lovers) and 7 points of death (Watcher tails) to make an antidote. He gives 2 green arrows to help find 2 more pairs of lovers beyond the initial pair at the forest entrance. Collect the items and return to the centaur for the antidote.
