A couple of days ago I released one of my first none-jam games called Parallax Vector. A fast-paced little arcade style space-shooter, with auto-battler-roguelike elements. One unique design feature of Parallax Vector is the Energy System which affects many aspects of gameplay and that adds a strategic element to the game.

Originally I created the game as a challenge for myself to make a game in one week, since I wanted to pratice keeping scopes small and making releases. Since the release, two feature updates have been posted but the game is still in early stages of development, but definitely playable.
So far the game features
- fast-paced spaceship shooter action
- primary weapons and torpedos
- 5 different types of enemies
- 2 different kinds of drones
- a dozen different power ups
- difficulty scales as time progresses
