Butler Push Taking Forever (is butler having server issues?)

I did a last minute update to my game today using butler, usually it only takes a couple of minutes at most for the update to show up on my game page. But its been about half an hour already and butler still says its processing.

I plan to host a special game event (this is an online multiplayer game) today and I'm worried the update won't be released on time. The update I did is not a large one, just a couple of megabites changes.

Is butler having server isssues rn?

Bump its been several days and my game is still stuck processing. I can't submit another update because it just says its processing a previous build.

I sent an email to itch.io support on Monday and still got no response.

Its been almost a week and my game is still stuck processing, I received no reply from itch.io support.

At this point I have already moved my game to Steam, it sucks that itch.io support is so bad, I'm actually working on a large multiplayer RPG with a decent follower base, but it seems projects like mine can't rely on itch.io as a reliable platform.

Moving forward I would only recommend this website to people looking to make really small games with no updates, any large project that requires constant updates (like mine) is at risk of suddenly not being able to upload any more patches and get 0 support from itch.io staff.
