7z folders are broken by improper naming.
The unity project by default is over 300k triangles for a platform that urges the user to stick closer to 75k and cleaning that up certainly will be a bit of chore. I do appreciate the added use of VRCFury which should help speed up that process. Otherwise the frame of the model itself seems rather solid shape wise tail personally could use some more love as it seems more so stuck on vs following the spine curvature but that is more a subjective take. .
