is there a way to not wake up after 2 interactions in the dream world i cant even get past 2 of the mutants

The white bar is dream duration- so use supplements as need be

first few dreams also start with like 60% of that bar already filled, so it will get easier after the first few 

Pressing shift to run helps with avoiding enemies.
