I tried to change my resolution but i accidentally put 2715x1527 and pressed accept and now i cant do anything ive tried redownloading the game and looked through the files and still not any luck.

Dasius has mentioned that you can delete the settings file so it'll return to default. According to him it can be found here:

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\ShopSim\Saved\SaveGames
