It has been a 16 day now, but game still doesn't show up. Is the game on moderation or rejected?

You'll have to contact support and ask. There's a long waiting queue, but they can look in the database and see what else might be wrong. For now all I can say it's probably related to how you also don't seem to have a creator profile, That happens to some people and it's unclear why, but it seems to affect search.
