amazon kids browser is a strict web browser in amazon kids+, and itch can go on without issues, but when i boot up a html5 game, the game won't run. And a downloadable game can not be downloaded on kids+! Itch, can you repair this issue so I can play html5 games on this site again???????

I'd imagine this has something to do with Amazon kids+, not itch.io. I'd bet that Amazon Kids+ blocks HTML5 games from running for some reason.

who would anyone  run a game on this device ?

Amazon App store has web games. Have you checked if those run?

If they don't - then the browser is probably not enabled for html games.

If they do, there might be a security setting blocking games from itch.io.
