Important Update!

Hello everyone,

It's been quite a while, and I apologize for my delayed message.

I've been facing the challenging task of "solo" game development. Yes, the departure of another crucial member of our team, responsible for the entire game's code programming, left me navigating this journey alone. Despite my efforts to find a suitable replacement, my search proved fruitless. Faced with no alternative, I decided to start from scratch and teach myself the Ren'Py game engine. I genuinely didn't want to give up on the project and, more importantly, didn't want to let down the support and trust you've all placed in me.

I'm sorry for the lack of announcements and development logs during this period. The truth is, I lacked the confidence and wasn't certain how long it would take to master the game's code—there was even a fear that I might never grasp this new skill. I was afraid of seeing disappointment on your faces. Fortunately, after three months of dedicated learning, the current testing phase of the game is showing promising results.

Additionally, with the departure of my teammate and the fresh start, the game has undergone a significant transformation, complete with a new name.

I took this opportunity to enhance various aspects, including a revamped user interface (UI)

and an improved map system. Moreover, I've been actively working on crafting new animations and storylines to elevate the overall gaming experience.

To give you a glimpse of the progress, I've prepared a preview video that I'm eager to share with you. It provides a sneak peek into the exciting changes and improvements that have been implemented. I believe these enhancements will contribute to a more engaging and enjoyable gaming experience.

I'm committed to providing you with regular updates on the development progress, and I plan to release a comprehensive report later this week. Your continuous support means the world to me, and I can't wait to embark on this new chapter with all of you.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Best regards,

[LMDC] Game Developer

Sucks that it had to happen this way, but at least you are gaining a bunch of new skills through this experience. Just remember; one day at a time and don't burn yourself out!

Thank you, my friend!
