How is it going? What were this week's challenges/victories? Are you worried about any part of your project?
It is going a lot better than last week. I was very confused before but now I have an idea of how I am going to set up my game. Some challenges was starting up my game and handling Bitsy but after talking to you I feel much more better. Also some victories were how I design some of my pieces and having more of a top view rather then a side view. It makes my game look a lot more professional and less ugly. I am worried about incorporating dialogue and sound into my game but next class I hope to talk to you about how I can do that and other things as well.
Have you incorporated any of your portfolio documents into the game yet? If so, which ones? If not, what do you plan to incorporate? What's the plan for your next work session? Group gameplay:
I have incorporated the textile artifacts and my object and location worksheet into my game. I also plan to incorporating my storytelling and my character sheet into my game. Next session I want to focus more on the dialogue and some aspects of my game that I have not gotten to yet.
It was really fun and I liked how we struggled together. When you play by yourself you are more confused but since I had a team it felt more fun and I had a good time. It also helped me understand the game more.
We figured out the game by using each other. For example one of my teammates told us to all get fishing rods so we all did and were able to fish and eat. Also you helped us with some of the manual issues we had regarding entering houses and fishing.
Free for all. We all just do our own thing and see how that goes.
Yes I discovered that we can sell items, make chests, and fish.

Hi Isabella! Here's a tutorial on how to make things you can't touch that will end the game in Bitsy:
