NOTES: Always read all dialog. Some flags don't trigger until you've read a certain piece of dialog. You can click through it, but you need to trigger the flags to proceed.
1.) Read your Uncle's Letter (top left, in your inventory). His initials are the combination for the door (partially randomized).
2.) Open the door, read the book on the bed.
3.) Go back to the office and search the floor for the Scribing Stone (location is randomized, but always in the floor).
4.) Read the clocks and use their times to light the candles in the summoning room (randomized). The candles represent the 12 pips on a clock.
5.) Solve the number puzzle on the desk (it's randomized). You need 4 numbers that fulfill all the operations (plus and minus) on the grid and give the written sums/differences. The answers are always 1-9, which correspond to the list of words. The boxes are marked 1 to 4 left-to-right, top-to-bottom. So if your grid has these answers:
[1] - [3]
[6] - [8]
That means your first magic words are:
1 - AZA 2 - FALU 3 - KIME 4 - MUDI
6.) Read the Demonology book in the book shelf. The underlined/circled parts tell you which drawer in the file cabinet to look in to find the sigil for that demon. The number diagram tells you what order you need to say the magic words for that succubus. So, if the order is 4,3,2,1, then your chant, based on the solution above, is "MUDI, KIME, FALU, AZA".
7.) Look at the paintings and use the number of objects to open the safe (randomized). Read the Research Notes.
8.) Find the Alchemy book at the top of the bookshelf. Read it to find out what color potion you need to brew.
9.) Go to the chemistry table and combine the right flowers to get that color. Then use the chem set again to play the burner mini-game (this is timing based, so good luck).
10.) Go draw the sigil for whichever demon you desire at the podium in the summoning room, then click the glowing sigil that appears and say the proper combination of magic words for that demon.
11.) Enjoy your time with a demon.

You can use those numbers to figure out which of the 4 words on the left summon a succubus. Then you just have to figure out which order of the words summons which one.
bro can you fix the sigil part? whenever I draw the sigil correct or incorrect it doesn't matter because nothing even happens.
I still don’t understand how to decipher the code on the door(
safe does not woek for me no matter how many times i try to put in the painting numbers, also i dont understand steps 5 and 6
I still can't figure out the clocks, what do the minutes mean, and do I have to do something different with the digital clock
never mind I figured it out you put the minutes on the candles where the minute hand would be on the clock
