So with the release of .2 Surrogacy Simulator, I have added more to the core loop. You can now have even more depth to your surrogacy journys, including bespoke clothing descriptions for each pregnancy, Yoga, showers, waking and more. There is still a fair amount of placeholder stuff, such as travelling events, eating, napping, and stress.
However its now time to start looking at next steps. Ideally I want a reputation system that allows the player to unlock new clothes, items or things to do as time goes on. Especially at their job. But I'd like some input into this.
As for the thing that comes with all adultish type games, Sex/ Erotica and all that jazz. What are peoples thoughts on this. Ideally I'd not want this to turn into a full porn game, but I feel some emphasis on the hormonal side of pregnancy could be a nice touch. Again, some input from the community would be nice.

oh i couldn't encounter any exercising! i'd like to be able to.
arousal and lack of arousal during pregnancy is an interesting thing. women go either full on one way or none at all most of the time. i think it should be a toggle for the player. hormonalness in swaying emotions should vary based on pregnancy. i think a 1-8 scale where nothing changes being 1 and 8 being every emotion hits way harder, the higher the number the less likely you are to encounter that stage of mood changes. arousal being a separate toggle makes most sense because it really does change from woman to woman instead and is rarely connected the same way.
the morning sickness during early pregnancy should be worse for larger pregnancies! smaller pregnancies rarely have morning sickness that's bad bad.
a reputation system that increases payment from the surrogacy job over time with each surrogacy would be cool.
sex/nsfw content is always on my wishlist. i'm a horny bastard. i'm bad at writing it but i know when it's good. i will say i dont feel like current descriptors are verbose enough or display enough of how much the transformations affect your body. stretchmarks, hip and butt expansions, boobs get bigger without really changing much, but it still satisfies as is.
watching tv should reduce stress and consume time if it's the right show? i did that to spend time when i had nothing to do in the game before i realized no time actually passed! that wasted a few minutes of real life absent minded clicking. if you don't want to do that i recommend swapping tv watching and taking a nap because people automatically go for the former.
a personal wish is embryo appropriation or transfer type content. the incredibly overdue pregnant woman you meet on the streets could maybe sometimes bump into you and leave her or you more or less pregnant. if you're not pregnant, maybe you take her whole pregnancy! whether or not other characters realize it i'll leave it to you. this would also be cool for doctor's visits or midwife visits if the player somehow gets control over it at late stages of the game so they can see all the sizes those npcs can get to.
that's all i can think of right now. this was a good update, it added a lot and made the game way more enjoyable. i appreciate how breast expansion works and the main character can now properly experience pregnancy growth.
