A brief but unique demo of a game about a refugee fleeing from war-torn Syria...but told in the style of a JRPG. What makes it extra special are the moments when the game's subject appears in reaction-style video clips to give commentary about what's happening in the game.

A fairly standard steampunk-themed RPG, but with the added perk of a debate system as one of the combat options. Pretty to look at. Apparently a demo of a much larger game.

This one takes a unique twist on death mechanics, allowing you to either return to your body or to pass the torch along to a different character. The storyline is intriguing (and quite disturbing for a non-violent RPG!) and a bit philosophical. The UI and some of the writing isn't quite my preference, but the story is so intriguing that I was compelled to figure out what would happen next.

A well-made homage to the classic 8-bit RPG, but with a few surprises. Two characters are available, with very different backgrounds but parallel stories. Mix-and-match their story chapters for variety on each play-through. Light-hearted but with some depth as well. Deeply nostalgic; made me feel like I was playing Breath of Fire on Gameboy again.

A lighthearted turn-based RPG about cats. You can customize your character, acquire various items and clothing, complete quests, talk with other felines, etc.

You're an oracle in a magic corporation. Prove your value to your boss by utilizing your power (and sometimes fighting monsters). Cute 8-bit type graphics and a catchy soundtrack. Combat is all handled through a rock-paper-scissors type format that utilizes cards for gauging probability.

A farming sim with a sci-fi flavor -- like Harvest Moon on a space colony. Also a woman-centered narrative with plenty of opportunities to talk to NPCs and build up relationships.

You inherit a beautiful old manor from an obscure relative. Unfortunately, you also inherit a lot of debt. In order to keep the property, you'll need to put in some effort to renovate it and turn it into a profitable inn. An easygoing RPG and simulation with multiple endings.

You're some kind of bird-person, vacationing in the mountains with your bird family. You can wander around the mountain trail and collect various things. It's not really an RPG, but it has a similar vibe in the sense that you explore and encounter animal-people who ask you to do things for them. The storyline that accompanies all of this is very cute also.

What happens in a video game world after the big boss is defeated and peace rules the land? Play this to find out! You can explore the world, take on odd jobs, chat and befriend villagers, customize your living space, etc. Also did I mention all of the villagers are monsters? This is a cute, non-violent slice-of-life sim somewhat reminiscent of Stardew Valley meets Undertale.
