My attempt to list most of the Playdate games available on Itch, since a lot of people are iffy with tagging (e.g. one-bit computer games tagged “Playdate” and Playdate games not tagged). Additionally, the existing collections often seem slightly out-of-date. Please don't be offended if I accidentally missed your game!
I'll write blurbs with my thoughts for all the games I've personally played.
Currently full games and applications/utilities only, not really interested in including game prototypes or tech demos here.
Little arcade-style high score game, reminds me of classic mobile games with simple but fun gameplay like Doodle Jump
Played the demo, just not my type of game but I'm sure it is a lot of people's; and the game itself is very well-built as far as the demo version demonstrates.
Picross! My favorite time killing game. I do wish it would fade out hints for partially completed rows like most Picross games do (e.g. for a “2 4” row, if you have two marked it would fade otu the 2 even if the 4 isn't completed). The puzzle creator portion seems interesting, haven't played around with it much yet
Purchased through Catalog. Really fun game with good music. Puzzle difficulty can vary wildly but that's common for games such as this. Like the password system to let you transfer saves between devices and such! Also very cute art of creatures that most people dislike or are ambivalent about is immediately a thumbs up from me. Highly recommended.
Purchased through Catalog. Absolutely my favorite tile-matching game for Playdate, and honestly the only tile-matching game I've ever really gotten into. Deceptively simple but can get very difficult especially when trying to maintain a streak.

Super fun puzzler. Really well put together with simple but fun graphics. Doesn't feel difficult at first but does ramp up rapidly. Very hard to put down

Fantastic game, very tight controls and feels as polished as any game with a similar scope I've played. Gravity and the ship's acceleration feel perfectly fine-tuned to feel “natural”. The full motion video is a bit gimmicky but is fun and adds extra onto what would've already been great game. Highly recommended, certainly worth the asking price.
Despite the crank controls currently being “experimental” they're fantastic, far more precise and intuitive to use than D pad controls IMO.
I remember a time when someone would make a game like this for literally every device that had a gyro sensor…
Shockingly difficult; mostly because the controls are a weird mix of zero-g inertial controls (like Asteroids or Escape Velocity) and “jetpack” controls with gravity (what comes to mind is the green tower challenge in Squirm). Can't say it's super fun but it is a okay little game.
I hate to say it, but Gravity Express is a much better game with a similar concept and controls, but wisely made your ship much smaller so you have more leeway when maneuvering, and also the gravity feels less annoying.
