I like the idea and the graphics/assets but i just can't finish it... It's running at about 20 fps for me and the movement of the mouse is very unresponsive at such low fps... Maybe a settings menu where we could lower the graphics could help? Also, it seems kind of dry without any sounds. At least some night ambience would add a lot! Checkpoints would help a lot too! I think if this got a bit more polish it would be a very enjoyable experience!
This game is pretty good, it reminds me of the Moe-eye mechanic from mario odyssey, and I constantly feared that I would get jump scared because you really went all out with the darkness effect. However, I couldn't beat the whole thing, because if you die once, you go all the way back to the beginning. My suggestion is to add checkpoints to the game in order to make it easier. Also, you can just cheese the whole thing by pressing both mouse buttons at the same time and just waiting for them both to recharge. One more thing, maybe jumping could be a thing, and you could have sort of parkour if you make later versions of it. You get a B+ from me, great job, and thanks for reviewing my game!
Thank you so much for your feedback! Lol, the next thing I planned to do was add checkpoints, but I knew I wouldn't have time the last day so I just uploaded what I had done :)
The graphics look really stunning and the alien arm with the moon is really cool, but sadly I get the message that video memory has been exhausted in my potato laptop. I would make the invisible walkways a big larger since it is in first person and you don't really see the exact spot where you step.
It is quite an interesting mechanic for a game :0, also the assets you made look good.
