I couldn't understand why some platforms work in both worlds and some didn't seem to work in either world.
I was about to say the same JayEm say, it was fun the first minutes then It just became frustrating. Randomly getting a plataform that you dont know its 100% safe is a bad experience (unless you tell me beforehand im playing something like I wanna be the guy, then I just laught it off)
beside that the art is really good and it feels smooth to control the character (not always)
The game is supposed to be a bit frustrating, it's inspired by Jump King and getting over it and those games are way more frustrating, that's, in my opinion, a fun-to-play genre but of course, it's not for everyone,
for the randomness part of your review, no there is no time where you are not 100% sure of the platform, you probably haven't read the description of the game or wasn't focusing while playing.

It said if it appears in both dimensions is 100% safe but sometimes it appears in only one and you can stand on it and sometimes you just fall through. Maybe Im just confused? Sorry if so
When a platform is your only way forward that means it's 100% safe. If there are multiple ways that means u need to check, sorry for confusing you
The game is really fun to play. However i think that its a little bit too frustrating.
But overall i think you did a great job.
