The Aviator Team is creating a platform for web-based games, bringing back the nostalgia for arcade gaming, fast-paced, addictive, and enjoyable experiences. Your mission? Design an arcade-style game with a high score feature and leaderboard (online or offline) that envokes the feeling of walking into an arcade for the first time.
The game jam will run a course of 1 month, 15th Oct - 15th Nov. All games entered in the contest are automatically considered for a gaming grant for the gaming platform!!
- Arcade themed
- All games must incorporate a high score or leader board system, either offline or online. This allows players to compete for top scores.
- Create the game solo or collaborate in a team of up to four members.
- You're free to choose any game engine, but ensure it supports exporting in WebGL. If your game has NSFW content, include a clear warning either in its description or upon initial loading.
Development Guidelines:
- We encourage you to craft everything from scratch during the jam but this is not required.
- If you opt for pre-made assets, list them in your game's description and confirm you have the rights to use them

Legal and Permissions:
- Everything you design during the Aviator Arcade Game jam remains your intellectual property.
- Aviator Arcade won't claim any rights or ownership.
- Should Aviator Arcade wish to publish your creation, we'll reach out with a proposal.
- Be aware: Games submitted might be featured on our social media without explicit permission from you.
Award Criteria:
Games will be judged on gameplay, theme, aesthetics, sound, and addictiveness. Winners Will be selected through a DAO vote.
Developers are encouraged to join our discord for better sharing to our community who is in charge of the vote to win prizes.
We may also need to contact you for future development grants.
