I was not near your time, but I still had fun trying your game. The idea is fun. Both the visuals and sound is pretty good. Overall an okay little jam game, perhaps a bit short, but that is not a big issue.

Thank you so much for the feedback, it's very reassuring!

I had huge plans for it, but ended up spending too much time figuring out how to implement the time changing system and other small things I didn't have experience with, such as the skeleton mesh for the item and HUD  which I still didn't use properly, so as a result I forgot the most important thing, i.e., gameplay, especially the puzzle and platforming elements. :) 

Lesson learned, especially for the game jams: make sure that the game is fun and then add bells and whistles.
